About Us

Group of professionals collaborating at a sound mixing console

Mark V Studios began in the heart of Greenville, South Carolina, during the 1950s, quickly becoming a pivotal force in the local and national music scene. Founded by the Huffman brothers in 1961, the studio played an instrumental role in shaping the sounds of Southern gospel, country, and rock. Overcoming challenges like the devastating 1969 fire, Mark V Studios stands today as a symbol of resilience and creativity in the music industry.
